When first using our window cleaning service if your property hasn't had a regular window cleaner or been cleaned for a long time we could ask you for a higher rate for the first clean, this is to cover the additional time, effort and water we will use to get your windows up to our standards!
We recommend having your windows cleaned every 6 weeks but if you would like yours cleaned on a different frequency please speak to us and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. regular patterns are 4,6 or 8 weekly
Once our service have been carried out if your not home we will notify you by text message. We ask for payment to be made within 5 working days of cleaning please, we would prefer this by bank transfer but we also accept cash or cheque.
We will clean your windows in light rain and showers when we are happy we can still guarantee our results but we wont be able to work in heavy rain or adverse weather conditions.
Because we schedule all of our work 1 week ahead, we will require a minimum of 48 hours notice to move or cancel an appointment. Any cancellations after this could still incur your normal cleaning cost. If we cannot gain full access to your property on the day of the clean we will do our best to clean everything we can and full payment will still be ask for.
We aim to leave our customers 100% happy all of the time. Should you find any part of our service hasn't been up to our normal standards please get in touch asap and we will come back at the first available opportunity to rectify the issue.
You can cancel our services at any time by simply sending us an email, as above we ask for a minimum 48hours notice.
